Any proof Lydia (Bates)(Fletcher) was dau. of Richard Fairbanks of Boston?

Anderson in Great Migration notes that there is no first hand sources to assign any children to Richard Fairbanks other than Constance and Zaccheus. He states there is nothing in the record to show he had any other children (no will exists or probate records, deeds, etc.) and he leaves Lydia (Bates) (Fletcher) parentage as unknown.

Where does the birth date or baptismal date of 1 June 1619 Boston, Lincolnshire, England come from? Has subsequent research found a primary source to prove Lydia, wife of 1) Edward Bates and 2) William Fletcher is in fact the daughter of Richard and Elizabeth (Daulton) Fairbanks.

Interested in any case being made.
