Thanks again Sanna. Definately the same one's but not sure what all the legal terms mean (eg: relict). I presume some of the names relate to places where James & Elisabeth lived & worked (he was a farm steward). Do you have any idea?

PS: Yes, we have been in touch before. I've had the family history stuff on ice due to a variety of factors for 4 years or so now, back back at it at last.
