I came across this in the Campbell family book. I do not know the sources used to gather this information but it might help someone, if nothing else give you a line to look in. It comes from The Campbell's (family book) by Bill Malego, 1988.
I.A.4. The 4th child of John and Flora was Anna B. Campbell. Anna married Samuel Fair in 1818. They moved from Westmorland Co. in 1830 to Indiana Co. Sixteen children were born to this union:
I.A.4.A James, born June 25, 1819 at Salem, Pa. married Harriett Smith in 1842. James was educated in the common schools, raised on a farm. Their children were:
I.A.4.A.1. Daniel
2. M.C., who served in the Civil war, 106 Pa. Volunteers.
3. R.W. Fair, a Professor in the normal schools of Indiana county.
4. Hattie, married to John M. Conner.
5. George
6. Clara May
I.A.4.B. Florinda, 2nd child of Anna and Sam, married to J.D. Paige of Cherry Hill Twp., Indiana Co.
I.A.4.C. John, 3rd child of Anna and Sam.
I.A.4.D. Samuel
I.A.4.E. Sara, married to J.H. Allison of Center Twp.
I.A.4.F. Mark, listed as a farmer in Cadwells 1880 History.
I.A.4.G. Robert,
I.A.4.H. Andrew
I.A.4.I. Martha
I.A.4.J. William, served in the Civil war –Company not know.
I.A.4.K. Porter, Company K, 177th Pa. Volunteers, 9 months service 1862.
I.A.4.L. Alexander, married Nancy Walker, daughter of Benjamin Walker.
I.A.4.M Harvey, died in Richmond prison during the Civil War.
I.A.4.N. Margaret
I.A.4.O. Elizabeth, 15th child of Anna and Sam
I.A.4.P Ellen, married George Mitchell.
