My dad was raised by his step-father Tony Louis (americanized from Tullio) Borgogno.
Tullio was burn in Scurelle, Trento, Austria (which later became part of Italy)
Tullio came to the USA in 1914 with his family.
His father Fedele (Fred) Borgogno, born in Telve, Austria came in 1913.
Mother Eufrosina (Rose) Valandro.
siblings: Victor, and Teresa.
This family originally settled in Sweetwater and Superior, WY and then later resettled in Utah.
I think the likelihood that Gasper Borgogno and Fedele Borgogno were related is very high. Fedele was the son of Andrea Borgogno and Maria Ferrai.

I searched the surname Borgogno and found
Gaspare Borgogno arrived 1913, ship La Savoie, mother Maria Borgogno, brother Giovanni
Fedele Borgogno, arrived 1914, not able to find on ship manifest
There is also a Maria Borgogno, age 28, who came in 1920, who came to stay with fiance Giuseppe Brescianini in Rock SPrings, WY. Her father is listed as Andrea Borgogno
