Kerri, Please note follow up #29 I just posted to Sharon. The Edward A you have bprn in hampaign is undoubtedly the same one. He was revered by all. Served in WW 1 Discharged as a captain. Known by one and all as "Cap" Fabert. Was elected Justice of the Peace in Champaign County. In 1954 The Amvets launched a campaign to build a national Widows and Orphans Home named after him. The foudation formed to raise funds was the "Cap" Fabert Foundation. If I can find the newspaper clippings I will post them. For the record, none of Edward and Blanche's 3 children had children of their own. Both Elwood and Montel were married twice. Lucille died, unmrried, in her twenties. Montel was a hero in WWII. He was awrded the silver star for action in Italy. My son Marc Peagler, has the deatails. Owen Fabert San Diego, CA Notify Administrator about this message?
