Well, I am pretty sure that my ancestor Christian Eyster b. 1710 died in 1747. There is a record in a book that I have about York Co., PA where Margaretta Schmeisser (Christian's widow) remarried a man (see other posts for the name... I don't have any records in front of me). Christian Eyster owned a couple of lots in the city of York. Another man was contesting the legality that this new man could legally claim the lots based on marrying the widow of the land owner. The timing was within a few years of 1747.

If you are interested, I can try to find the source.
