Hi,
My great grandmother was christianed Maria Eyre Tyson about 1877 in Derbyshire, England. Her mother Ann or Anne was born in a place called Wooden Box, Diseworth, Leichestershire. I think Ann's father's name was John and he was a farmer.
I think Maria Eyre may have been an illegitimate child and her mother Ann married a man by the name of John Tyson who then gave Maria his surname.
My question is does anyone know how I can find her biological father's name or do they know who he may be and how I can source this information?
