I've had a look on the 1901 census sites index but was unable to find an Olsen Eyre. I did however find what looks very much like the bride and the witness living at roughly the same address (if you hover over the link that takes you to the image an image no appears at the bottom of the screen, other people with the same or adjacent numbers are likely to be in the same house, not guaranteed, there are still no relationship guides but you can make a fairly well educated guess) Using the above I was able to reconstruct the following group with a Shoe laster by the name of Owen looking likely to be the father.

Elizabeth Eyre 17 Nth/ton Nth/ton St Giles

Charlie Eyre 6 Wellingboro Northants Nth/ton St Giles
Kate Eyre 2 Wellingboro Northants Nth/ton St Giles
Frank Eyre 8M Wellingboro Northants Nth/ton St Giles
