I have an ancestor, Adam EYRE, who md:02 Mar 1823 in Jefferson Cnty, OH Sarah HERFORD and had a son, John, that I have no further information on. Adam d: circa 1849 in Harrison Cnty, OH. I am currently waiting to receive information regarding a guardianship for his minor children at the time of his death from Harrison Cnty. Perhaps there will be further information on his son, John, in that.
