Thanks Margaret. I am sure that you have the correct family.On the 1851 census for Bemerton I found George age 26 shepherd

Elizabeth 4
Mary Ann 2
Our Elizabeth's match. I then searched for this Elizabeth and found Elizabeth Downer Eyres christened Nov 1846. Her parents were George William Eyres and Ann Harriet .This lady's maiden name was Downer, the daughter of John Downer. Is there an 1861 census so that I could find out about the other children that George and Harriet Eyres had. Thanks for giving me another piece to the puzzle
