Robert EYRE of Devises, Wiltshire, England came to Pennsylvania in the 1600's. See Bethel Twp, PA thru USGenWeb. Read the book on Bethel Twp,PA via the Chester or Delaware county websites, I've forgotten which.
The above Robert EYRE, the original EYRE settler in PA, had at least two sons: Robert (2) and William. The family pretty much remained in the Chester/Delaware counties area of PA.
Adam EYRE (see posting this forum) was a grandson of Robert EYRE, the original EYRE settler in PA.

Nathan L EYRE b: 1803 and Ann (Larkin) EYRE had 6 children: 1.Sarah L EYRE b: 1839 PA, 2.Joseph Larkin EYRE b:1840 PA, 3.Philena W EYRE b: 1841 PA, 4.Pennell EYRE b:1843 PA, m: 1864 Eliza A HANBY, 5.Louisa EYRE b.1846 PA, 6.Nathan L EYRE b:1849 PA, m:Sarah Ann CHEETHAM
Pennell EYRE b. 1843 and Eliza A HANBY had 4 children: 1.Robert H Eyre b:c.1867, 2.Anna L EYRE b:c.1868, 3.Bertha P EYRE b:c.1870, 4.Frank N EYRE b. 1885, m:c.1883 Effie URIAN, Delaware county, PA.
