The county in Illinois is probably St. Clair
instead of Sinclair Co., This is across the river from St. Louis.
My wife has a G.G.grandmother
Eunice Eyman born in Monroe Co., IL 1854
(Monroe Co. is just south of St. Clair Co.)
died Monroe Co., Il 1940.
We have not researched this line but this much might help a little.
