Thre is considerable information on that family in ROCHESTER FAMILY HISTORY BY Anne Sheriff (sheriff@innova.com). Sarah Rochester married Andrew Extine (1 Sept 1848). Looks like there were 8 children. I see one child, Alfred moved to Washington State. etc.
I am interested in determining for sure which Sarah Rochester this is. The family thinks that she is the daughter of Asbury and Sarah Lee. But one of Asbury's sons reported that Sarah E. Rochester, his sister married a Sharp and was living in Cherokee Co., GA. There were several Rochester families in SC and everyone had a Sarah. So there is plenty of opportunity for confusion. Please let me know if any one has more information on this.
