We've traced our Ewing line back to a James Ewing who died in 1776 in Lebanon Twnshp, Lebanon Co. (that part was formerly Lancaster Co.) He had at least two kids, William & John born in 1762 (twins). According to Fife's book, at the time James was living there around 1740's to 1776 there was a Thomas Ewing and Patrick Ewing in that area as well. Does anyone know if James was related to either of them, i.e. a brother maybe? Thanks!
