The information I have on Richard Ewen is: born abt. 1608 in England, emmigrated to Anne Arundel, MD abt. 1648, and died abt. 1659 in probably Maryland. His wife's name was Sophia (surname possibly Scarborough. Their daughter Elizabeth (b. August 10, 1656, d. January 02, 1703/04 at Poplar Knowle, Anne Arundel Co., MD), had two husbands. #1 was William Richardson, #2 was Richard Talbott. (The other children are listed in one of the other follow up messages). Richard Ewen has two LDS AFN#'s: 9BT9-QL and 1XXD-F3C (name listed as Richard Even). He was one of Oliver Cromwell's commissioners (there is a Ewen on King Charles' death warrant but I can't make out the first name). In Maryland, he was a justice in Provincial Court, speaker of Upper House, a gov. of the colony, 1657. I am interested in contacting other descendants.
