My Great Grandfather was David Ewart who was born around 1895, he lived in Glasgow but moved to belfast N. Ireland to work on the building of the Titanic. He served in the Irish Divisions at Ypre and the Somme during WW1. I have only just started to research this branch of my family and am awaiting documentation from his daughter, My Grand Aunt.
