Joseph Ewan is a son of Ambrose Ewan who married Ann Fenton in 1739. Does anyone know who he married and who his children were? I have his name on a list of militia candidates (ages 21-45) of Burlington Co. in 1793. If he had a son called Ambrose, then that is the Ewan/Ewen connection. I have records from Salem Co. that say that Ambrose Ewen was there from 1802 to about 1821 in Mannington Twp. But I need a step back. Can anyone help?
