This is not my surname, but I thought you might want to know this tidbit of information, even though it is was not that long ago.
During the early 1970's there was a family living in Nashville, Tennessee, by the name of Evilcizer (with a "c", not an "s", as you spell your surname). I don't know the adults' given names, nor ages, but they had teenage children at the time. I attended school with one of the children. I know they were there as late as 1973. I don't know how long they had been in that area, or even that state.
It is such a unique last name, I felt it was worth mentioning. Maybe this spelling variation will help someone's search.
