I found a deed record where Sarah E Evetts Thornhill and her husband, William N Thornhill sold Sarah's father land for a dollar and "in consideration for the natural love and affection for our father, Samuel G Evetts". Document dated January 1885, Decatur, Wise County, TX. Samuel had other land in Wise County TX too.
I am searching Thornhills and wonder if relatives of Sarah or Samuel have information on them. Of course would be happy to share Evett family information I have found.
