Not likely that Evers emmigrated from Ireland to NL. In fact, the Low Countries Evers, I understand,were of Norman French origin, actually stemming from Viking invasions, hence Evers is common in Belgium, NL, NW Germany; as the Normal French Evers went to British Isles after 1066 Normal Invasion, the Evers branch largely passed through and ended up in Ireland.
