LaVerne,

Nathaniel Everett is also my relative. I have been able to trace him back to North Carolina and then with his children and so on, I have connected Thomas J .Everett (my gr-gr-gr-grandfather) to his line. The Everett line starts with :
Nathaniel I
Nathaniel II
Thomas
John
Thomas J. (gr-gr-gr-grandfather)
Richard H.(gr-gr-grandfather)
Edward Berry (gr-grandfather)
Francis (grandfather)
Edward R. (father)
David W. (me)

Thomas J. wound up in Bulloch County Georgia, and then from him, the family moved to Mississippi (Rankin/Simpson Counties). I have a web site that will show you my tree.
