New documents from Bedford Co. VA courthouse have the signature of the man himself. He signed his name as SIMMONS EVERITT. It turns out that Simeon Everett/Everitt is a man who lives in Isle of Wight.
Spread the word that we must delete "Simeon" from our records and put his correct name SIMMONS. We now have a mistake on the DAR reocrds because the two men have been meshed into one person.
