The Tinley Moraine Genealogists will hold their Annual Conference 2005 on Saturday, April 16, 2005 at the Tinley Park Public Library, 7851 Timber Drive, Tinley Park, IL. Registration / check-in begin at 9:00 AM.

The conference theme, “Leaving your Legacy: It’s a Family Business,” will kickoff with keynote speaker and national genealogy authority, Loretto “Lou” Szucs, followed by two tracks at four time slots of a variety of speakers on family history and genealogy topics. A box lunch, by Clancy’s Deli, will be provided with registration fee and a chance to network with other family historians from beginners to the most experienced. The Conference will host displays of other genealogy societies and vendors, including the Newberry Library, the Illinois State Genealogical Society, Archiver’s of Orland Park and Fun Stuff for Genealogists.

The cost to attend is $30 for Tinley Moraine Genealogists members, $35 for non-members – postmarked by April 1st. Fee at the door is $35. Registration forms and information are available online at <>, email at <> or calling 708-408-3272. Advanced registration is encouraged.

The Tinley Moraine Genealogists’ general meetings, featuring genealogy and family history speakers, are held the first Thursday of each month, except July and August, at the Tinley Park Public Library, at 6:45 PM. Meetings are free. Membership includes monthly newsletter.
