“How to Become a Certified Genealogist, Why Do It? What Comes After?“ will be the topic at the June 16th, 2004 meeting of the South Bay Cities Genealogy Society at the Torrance (Katy Geissert) Library, 3301 Torrance Blvd. in Torrance.

The featured speaker, Debra L. Wiley, CG, was born about 10 minutes from the home she has lived in since 1961. She went through the local school system as well as EL Camino College. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCLA in 1976 and has worked as a costumer, primarily in television for the past 27 years. In her spare time Ms. Wiley pursues her passion which is genealogy. Admission (as always) is free.
