Janet, I have a bibliography source:Genealogy, a Weekly Journal of American Ancestry, 1912, Vol. 2, No. 9, page 273; "The Family of John Perkins of Ipswich, Mass.", Gerorge A. Perkins, 1889, Part 1, page 8.

She (Elizabeth) possibly married about 1635, Boston, or Ipswich, Mass., John Perkins (Jr.), b: 1614, England, d: Dec. 14, 1686, Ipswich, son of John and Judith(.....) Perkins. Elizabeth, the wife of John Perkins, Jr., d: Sept. 27, 1684, Ipswich.

I do not show her as definitly being the daughter of Sylvester Eveleth (or Eveleigh).
