HI James, Do you by and chance have any info on the birth if Joel Rice, son of Ebenezer Rice and probably Ruth Eveleth, David Eveleth's sister? I believe that their father Joseph Eveleth died in Windham, VT sometime after 1792 but cannot find any proof of that either.
My searches have indicated that Ebenezer Rice and Ruth left MA after their marriage in 1791 and moved to Athens/Windham/VT where her father, sister and brother were already living. But there is NO record (that I can find) that shows this Eveleth/Rice family anywhere in VT between 1792-1799.
Do you know if Ruth Eveleth-Rice died in VT at any time before 1799? (if she werew still living after 1799, then she would BE the mother of my Joel...any clues?
