I don't know a lot about my family history, but do know that in the late 1800's my great grandfather came to Wisconsin (Door County) from Norway with two brothers. Then the name was Evenson. Then my grandfather moved to Iowa, had a dairy, three sons, and changed the spelling to Evanson. Somehow I still have relatives in Wisconsin and Florida, but do not know them. Also, they spell their name differently. One of my great grandfather's brothers I believe "fell off the map"
