Records indicate that Obedience "Biddy" Betsey Willingham
b. 1817 GA was married in 1835 in Forsyth Georgia to WILSON
EVANS - He was born 1811 in SC
This couple had a son Hiram Thomas Evans b. @ 1838 GA
who married Sarah M. Fincher (1839-1905)
a son of this couple Joseph Mitchell Evans was b. 29 Jan 1861
and died 1 Jun 1939 - he married Mary Jane Allen (1879-1959)
Joseph and Mary Evans are buried East View Cemetery, Floyd Co, GA
Sec G, Lot 103, graves 3 and 4 . (See FIND-A-GRAVE).
There is no proof of any of the above, but Wilson Evans is listed in
several census records in Forsyth County, GA one spelling of wife:

This is not my family and I have no other information. Someone on the ALLEN FORUM is research Mary Jane Allen Evans and that is why I have this above information. I have not found Mary Jane Allen family yet.
