I'm looking for any information on Hester Bell Evans,born March 22, 1905 in Perry, Arkansas, died July,16, 1964 in Pine Bluff Arkansas. She married Clarence Virgil Johnson, then Fred Leslie Wares.
Information also on her parents William Alfred Evans born July,07,1885,died April,25,1956 in Benton Arkansas and Nora Anna Grice born June,10,1885,Benton Arkansas, died March, 09, 1972, Arkansas. Both I think were buried in Memorial Park Cemetery Pine Bluff Arkansas.
All are difficult to trace, for example Hester has listed her name several ways: Hester Belle Evans Johnson Wares, Belle Wares, Belle Evans, Belle Johnson, Hester B Johnson, Hester Johnson, Hester Evans Wares (and the fun begins...) From the little I've found on her parents, they also use variations on their names.
