Hello,I don't have any direct help for you but I also am an Evancho.My father Thomas R.Evancho was born in Freeland PA.
His parents are John and Julia Evancho.*
Siblings: John (Jack) Evancho Jr.
Edward Evancho
Joseph Evancho(twin)
Judith Evancho (twin)
*also had a daughter Marie who died I believe in the 30's

I know of a Stephen Evancho that I think has relatives nearby...Stephanie Evancho also was a classmate of mine class of 1973 Valley Forge HS ,Parma.Hts,Ohio
