Norma was married to Elliott Wilton LEVAN after 1930 in IL. Believe she was the daughter of Fred and Ann [?] EVA of Little Rock Twp., Kendall Co IL. Ann may have been Fred's second wife but she was most likely the mother of the three children listed in the 1930 census, Norma 18y; William 14y and Edith 11y. Fred was 47 [b. IL; his father was born in England] Ann 40 [b. IL].
