HELLO, I AM A DESCENDANT OF WILLIAM M. THE YOUNGEST SON OF CONRAD EUDY. DANIEL BURNHARDT WAS THOUGHT TO BE BORN ABOUT 1754 AND DIED AROUND LATE 1795 OR EARLY 1796. BARBARA WEILS WAS BORN SOMEWHERE AROUND 1755 TO 1760, AND MARRIED ABOUT 1786. SHE MARRIED ROBERT WILLIAMS AFTER THE DEATH OF DANIEL B. IN CABARRUS COUNTY NC ON 16 JULY 1798 WITH A GEORGE HISE STANDING AS BONDSMAN.

1 MALE, UNDER 16 (CHRISTOPHER DANIEL)
3 FEMALES
MY FATHER CHARLIE W EUDY WROTE A BOOK CALLED WE EUDYS' IN WHICH HE RESEARCHED MANY OF THE RECORDS OF THE FAMILY IN THE AREA. THE DIFFERENT SPELLINGS OF THE NAME WERE MANY AND THROUGH HIS RESEARCH HAS SHOWN THAT OUDY AND EUDY WERE THE SAME PERSON.MUCH OF THE SPELLING WAS DONE BY SOUND THEN AND MANY OF THE EUDYS DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH THEN, BUT A FORM OF "DUTCH" THAT WAS A LOW GERMAN OR PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH.
DANIEL JR HAD A TOTAL OF 15 CHILDREN, 8 SONS AND 7 DAUGHTERS, WITH CATHERINE LIGHT.
THE TWO DAUGHTERS OF DANIEL ARE POSSIBLY A BARBARA UDY 1793/95, MARRIED A DAVID VOYLES(VOILS OR VIOLS), ON SEPT 19,1811 IN CABARRUS COUNTY. NC. BONDSMAN THOMAS VOYLES. THE ORIGINAL MARRIAGE BONDS ARE IN THE POSSESSION OF THE NORTH CAROLINA HISTORICAL COMMISSION AT RALIEGH.
CATHERINE UTY 1787/89 MARRIED FREDERICH MASSMAN MARCH 3O 1805 IN CABARRUS CO. NC. BONDSMAN JACOB HOVER.
MANY DIFFERENT SPELLINGS OF THE EUDY NAME ARE PRESENTED FROM THAT TIME....OUDY,UETY,OODY,HUDDE, UDY,UTY.
DANIEL B. IS SAID TO HAVE BEEN KILLED WHILE RUNNING HIS HORSE THROUGHT HE WEEDS. A LIMB IS SAID TO HAVE CAUGHT HIM IN THE HEAD. ANOTHER VERSION OF THIS STORY PLACES HIM AS BEING KILLED BY A FALLING TREE IN NC.
I AM SORRY THAT I DO NOT HAVE MORE INFO ON THE LADIES, AT THE TIME OF THE BOOK WRITING. THEY WERE NOT PART OF THE MAIN LINEAGE,
