I am researching my Henderson family and have found a Winnie Eudaley married to my ggggrandfather Robert N. Henderson. But this Winnie was born in 1806 in Virginia. I think she may have been David's sister. She fits into that family in a gap between kids. I have also seen another child listed (Thomas) with no dates. Robert and Winnie were married in 1824, so she can't be David's daughter born in 1828. Robert died in 1863 in Chattanooga. My grandpa said they had a horse farm that was ruined during the Civil War. They had 14 children all born in Tellico Plains, Monroe, TN (Andrew 1825-1871, Nancy 1827, Mary A (1829-1874), Caswell (1831-1886), John (1833-1901), Elizabeth (1834-1906), Amanda (1834-1893), Newton C (1837-14 May 1922), William (1839-1867), David (1841-1868), Lucy (1842-1909), Lodema (184-1906), Mortimore (1845-1896), and Martha (1847-1889). Winnie moved to Illinois with Caswell, my gggrandfather and Newton. Winnie and Newton are buried at Mary's Chapel Cemetery, Grand Ridge, LaSalle, IL. I haven't seen anything about Moses' children and suppose Winnie could be his child. The fact that she was born in Va. and married in TN makes me feel right about putting her in John's family. Do you know if I'm wrong?
I also found 3 thing in USGenWeb archives about Moses and Elijah Eudaley in Charlotte Co, Virginia in the 1790s. Moses was on a grand jury and was asked to appraise a man's estate. Moses and Elijah were mentioned in another lawsuit.
Caswell's son Robert is my grandfather's father. His wife was Isabella Charles. I can't remember all their children's names, but if you'd like them, I'll get them from my mom and get back to you.
