Sorry but I don't think we have a connection. Henry Benton Eubank was married first to Martha Hoskins, a daughter of Judge Alfred Gatewood Hoskins, supposedly related to the Eubanks. H.B. Eubank's second wife was my great-grandmother, Nellie Ward, born in Arkansas. H. B. came to Texas with Carter H. Eubank, whom I believe was a younger half-brother of H.B. Eubank's father, John L. Eubank. He married a Nicey Minor who was born in Texas. He can be found on the 1870 Upshur Census, then back to Bowie County by the 1880 census. He died in 1884 and is buried at the Hughes Cemetery outside of New Boston, Bowie County, Texas. They had several sons, but they were born about the time your John P. Eubanks married.
