Eubanks, married Melissa Elizabeth Welch, probably around the Bowie Texas area, or in Robertson Co., TX (1870--1880). Dr. Joseph Powell Welch, brother to my gr-grandfather was the father of Melissa, he also had a daughter--Josephine--married a J. R. Rowland in 1875, in Robertson Co., TX. any info about these people would be greatly appreciated!!
