Hello John,
Thank you for the information. I have spent several years trying to hunt down his parents. I have seen the Raines information but have never been able to match the names to Richard. The info I have seen stated he was from Goochland County and I spent a day there and found no Eubanks at all. With the info you have given I will look at the Port Royal connection. Thank you so much for the info and if you need any info from me please let me know. My line is from Bedford County, Va.
Thanks again, I really appreciate the info and can't wait to start to solve this mystery. There has to be some documentation somewhere that shows Richard's parents and where Richard and his family lived. Port Royal may be the charm. I will let you know. I will visit there this summer.
