I'm still looking for his parents. I went to Talbot County, Maryland where some on the net have his parents living there but that is not the line. The Richard Eubank, and his son Richard, in that line stayed in and died in Maryland. They were Quakers and there is a lot of info on them and the dates and names do not match up with Richard's from Virginia and where he died in Kentucky.
If anyone has any other info I would love to hear about it.
