Yes I have see a few online family researchers with a similar family tree…one indicates a Robert Eubank(s) 1750-1848 married to Sarah Unknown, 1750-1852 with children including: Ambrose Ballard Eubank(s), 1800; America Eubank(s), 1800; Washington Eubank(s); and James Eubank(s), 1802. Does this lineup fit your research?

I am not so confident in the birth dates of Robert. He is clearly located in the 1810, 1820 and 1840 Census in Shelby KY (also in the 1830…in Shelby County but reported differently due to a census boundary change?). Based upon the reported dates his likely date of birth is between 1791 to 1780…but this is assuming that there were no other Robert Eubank(s) in Shelby County and I assume that this Robert may be a son carring his fathers name?

I do like the family line up as it all seems to fit when you look at the 1840 Census for Shelby and find Robert (possible father) and living next door to him is Ballard Eubank and 11 homes away is Washington Eubank...given that they are living very close to each other makes me suspect that they are related...and given that few Eubank(s) appeared to have located to Shelby in the 1810, 1820 or 1830 Census this seems more likely...

The 1840 Census also has listed a Harriett (no men in the household) and a Harrison (single male only)...Harriett may also be related but Harrison is found in the 1820 Census in Clark County and the 1830 Census in Campbell County so he may be a younger brother or such to Robert. I also see a Jas Eubank in the 1840 Census and think he also be a son of Robert's....I think it is very strange that in the 1850 Census for Shelby County there are over 32 Eubanks listed and then by the 1860 Census there is only one...talk about moving on....

There is a real good Eubank genealogy website at http://www.ancestraljourneys.com/eubank_newman_18th.htm but it appears that little research on any of the Shelby county family has been done....
