After searching VA Census records, I believe that during the 1810 Census, John Eubank b. 10 Oct 1804 was in Albermale, VA. at the age of 5-6 years old. There are two different John Eubank as head of household with a total of 4 males under the age of 10 years.
It is noteworthy that in this Census two other Eubank head of household (probably brothers) were named Daniel and George. John Eubank b. 10 Oct 1804 named one of his childeren Daniel Francis Eubank and one George Washington Eubank. It is also noteworthy that they were slave owners which means that John Eubank b. 10 Oct 1804 grew up with slaves on the VA farm. This is probably the basis for his pro Confederacy Vote in the Tennessee State Legislature.
