My Grandmother was a great grand daughter of Hannah Bowman. Per her family stories, the Bowman's were a very wealthy family, and as an infant, Hannah was left on their door step, and no one knew who had left her.
Another item, when one of Hannah's daughters died in the early 1900's, the daughters death certificate lists her Mother as Hannah Foot. We have some information on Hannah's married life and would be glad to share.
