I'm looking for a Stephen Etherton from the Kentucky area of Barren or Hart County.
The Stephen Etherton that I am searching for was married to a Mary? Last name I am not sure of, but they had a daughters named Sarah and Minerva and I believe a son named William Henry Etherton. I'm not sure of other siblings.
Sarah first married a Will Johns, and then she divorced him to allow her younger sister, Minerva to married Mr. William (Will) H. Johns. Long story on that one, but they were in the Hart County, Edmonton County, Barren County and Warren Counties of Kentucky.
Many of my people are found in Glasgow, KY. which is in Barren County, but on my great grandmother's Obit, it lists her as being from Hart County. She was Minerva Etherton/Atherton who married Will Johns.
Any information might help me to connect the rest of my Etherton/Atherton's and also my Johns's.
