Daniel came to Texas in 1825 with one of Steven Austins's groups. He was listed as 26 and single. He married Hulda ?? and I believe they had two sons-Stephen and William. Somewhere through the years Stephen name was changed to Ethetton. (Don't know why) Stephen was married first to Sarah Darst and when she died he married her sister Tabitha. He has 5 children with each wife. Stephen, Sarah, and Tabitha are all buried in the Alexander Cemetery Erath Co., Tx. Sarah and Tabitha mother is also buried there. Her name was Martha A wife of John G. Darst. Notify Administrator about this message?
