Not my line unfortunately, but i have some census etc info on this family (I think) for 1841 & 1851.
Family were living north mundham/runcton at this time.
there is also a marriage on IGI for a william marrying Frances Parsons 20/10/1803 in chichester.
on the 1851 frances is shown as a widow,birthplace chichester.
