I believe he was my great grandfather's brother, per www.etherton.net, though I have an old typed family tree page where someone penciled in that we were descendents of Thomas Jr, not William C (they evidently both had sons named Andrew Jackson Etherton). I am still going through some of my mother's writings--she passed away in 1999--and will let you know if she has left any recollection of her Uncle George. (By the way, I have a copy of a handwritten pedigree chart you prepared, I think on Dallas Etherton, I'm not sure where these items came from, I think from my Uncle Jack Etherton from Alto Pass to my mother, Anna Etherton White).
Thanks for all you do to research the Ethertons and other family members. It is very helpful, and a real inspiration to many people.
