My Great Grandfather's name was Bud Etherton. I am fairly sure that this Bud Etherton
that you mentioned is the same person as my Great Grandfather. Johnny Byrd Etherton
was my Uncle and I believe the same person as your grandfather. From the content of
your post, I feel that with a reasonable certianty that these are all the same people.
I do not have my notes out right now, and it may be a couple of weeks before I get a chance
to dig them out, but if you would like to e-mail me I would be glad to let you know where I
got my information then you can decide if that is what you are looking for. It has been a
while and I don't rember if Bud came from Tennessee or Kentucky or where. I will be glad
