My ancestor, Estridge (Eastridge) Daniel was born 15 May 1782 in Virginia, a son of Thomas Daniel. His oldest known sibling was b. ca 1770. His known siblings were William, John, Thomas and James. I suspect that there was some connection between the Daniel and Estridge families. The closest to a connection that I have seen, so far, is intermarriage of the Midyette family of Currituck and Hyde Counties, NC with the Estridge and Daniel families in the mid 1700s. Information on any of the above appreciated.
