Woops -- incomplete info -- the Lyddal Bacon Estes I cited who was b in 1775 also had a first cousin named Lyddal Estes who was b in 1763 in Amelia Co, VA. He d in 1850 in Troup Co, GA. Because these Lyddal's were born to brothers of the Estes family, there may also be other Lyddal's born to their other brothers, at least one of whom (Bartlett) appears only to have one child on my list. With time you may be able to sort it all out, but you may have to use collateral lines, land records, and census records to put it all together. (I can sound encouraging because I finally did sort out my Elisha Estes line from all the other Elisha Esteses, of which there were far too many!)
