Hello:
I have been researching my husband's Esson relatives, and your Alexander Anderson is his 6th Great grandfather.
1. From his family records, we have this information:
Alexander Esson (Christian's husband)b. 06 Oct 1766 at Millhead, Scotland; d 22 Jun 1832 at Tarland, Scotland. I have no birthdate for Christian as the records we have say she was "16 to 24 when married". But, she died 1851 in Millhead.
2. My husband is related through their son Alexander Esson, II. He died 10 Jun 1831 in India as a surgeon in the service, stationed there. It is unknown if he ever saw his son, Alexander Esson, III. Alexander III emigrated to Oregon from Scotland after he left the service.(We have the trunk he brought his belongings in by ship, then across Panama.)
3. We have no other info on Christian's parents, but would like to have that as well if anyone has that info.
