I am looking for the Eskridge who married Elsie Belle Gidney (16 Feb 1913- 29 June 2005), daughter of Dr. Robert M. Gidney and Hattie Surratt. I have Elsie Gidney Eskridge's brief obit from the Gaston Gazette. Elsie died at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, Forsyth Co., NC. Her obit doesn't mention her husband's name or any survivors. The Eskridge line is connected by marriage to my great-great-grandmother's Bryant line in Yadkin Co., NC.
