My husband's Father was Col Julio Cesar Escobar-Ramirez. His father was Manuel Escobar and His Mother was Micaela Ramirez. He was artillery commander under Felipe Angeles and fought in the Take of Zacatecas. We have a photo of him from 1911 in Zacatecas. We are looking for family connections. Are you one? The is suppose to be a street named for Col. Julio Escobar in Zacatecas, but we do not know for sure.
